We will suggest creative approaches, concepts and storyline "vehicles" to best accomplish your objectives. We'll work with you to formulate the most effective approach for your project and at a cost that's within your budget. Throughout the project, we will keep you abreast of developments with periodic updates, which ensure that we'll always be on the same page as you.

2. We Will Always Produce an Excellent Product . The number one factor that drives our company is delivering high quality results. Our continued and future success depend upon our ability to deliver excellence on a routine basis. 3. The Budget Will Not Change Unless the Scope of the Project Changes . The quote that we give you in our proposal will not change, unless the client later decides to change the scope of the project, for instance, the number of shooting days desired, the running time of the finished product, or the number of actors required for a production. Our project quote includes absolutely all costs in completing the production, except for duplication. For example, all actors fees, transportation, lodging and meals for the actors and crew are included in this quote, so you won't have any unpleasant surprises later.

Upon viewing the approval copy, the client may want changes to be made. There will be no additional charge for changes that involve video and audio materials that our company has already produced for the project. There will be a reasonable charge if new materials need to be introduced into the project, for instance, if additional materials are requested to be shot or additional narration needs to be recorded.
